Property/ Wills & Estates Lawyer (5 - 8 years) | Based in Niddrie

Our client is a long established, boutique specialist law firm who have their head office set up in Melboure CBD. The are looking for an experienced Property/Wills & Estates Lawyer to work in their Niddrie office located in the Northern/Western suburbs. A great location close to public transport (trains, trams & buses) with the added convenience of over 100 shops, restaurants and cafes at their doorstep!

In this role you will have exposure to a broad mix of property and commercial matters and Wills & Estates matters including:

• Property acquisitions & disposals
• Commercial & Residential developments
• Commercial & Retail Leasing
• Advice in relation to corporate and trust structures for property transactions
• Structuring, negotiating and preparing joint venture, profit sharing, finance agreements and other commercial agreements
• Planning law
• Wills & Estate planning

The ideal candidate will:

• Previous experience in commercial property and Wills & Estates matters, ideally gained within a reputable law firm or a recognised boutique practice. Exposure to commercial law issues highly regarded
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to appreciate the commerciality of clients' needs and have a strong client focus 
• Possess excellent communication skills at all levels
• Be able to multi task and manage competing priorities
