About the role
Join a leading Australian healthcare equipment provider delivering mobility, daily living and facility support solutions. Trusted across hospitals, aged care and home settings, this company is committed to quality, safety and empowering healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care.
This is a Monday–Friday role operating out of the local branch and supporting the team across Showroom Sales, Product Hire, Service and Administration.
A company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided to support you in the role.
What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for driving sales and managing budgets across key functional areas of the Cairns business:- Support for the local sales team both in the showroom and out in field to help them meet sales targets
- Support for the branch Service team to ensure adherence to budgets
- Management of local administration team
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales management experience is preferred
- Experience or knowledge of the Aged Care & Disability sector is highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and ability to engage and motivate people
- Highly organised, self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer service and results
