About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of clients throughout the preconstruction process.
- Coordinate documentation required prior to construction.
- Liaise with drafting, estimating, contracts, colour selections, finance and approvals teams.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within required timeframes.
- Keep clients informed throughout each stage of the process and provide outstanding customer service.
- Monitor timelines and proactively resolve issues that may impact site commencement.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM and internal systems.
- Previous experience within a Preconstruction Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator or Permits role in residential construction.
- Strong understanding of the project home building process.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Confidence working across multiple systems and Microsoft Office.
