Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
• Support retailer engagement, communications and onboarding activities
• Assist with tenancy management, lease assignments and retailer negotiations
• Monitor and manage rent collection, arrears and cash flow performance
• Support retailer sales reporting and performance analysis
• Contribute to the day-to-day management and ongoing success of the shopping centre
• Ensure reporting, compliance and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience within a shopping centre or retail property environment
• Experience supporting retailer engagement, tenancy management and centre operations
• Exposure to rent collection, arrears management, sales reporting or retailer administration
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A genuine desire to step up your career within retail property
