The Senior Technical Business Development (TBDM) role will provide technical support, provide technical design and will be the technical subject matter expert on Nuage Networks products for Japan and other APAC countries. In addition, it is expected that the TBDM will actively promote the Nuage brand, develop new business and partnership opportunities and engage with key customers. The TDBM role is also responsible to ensure the Nokia processes are in place for Nuage to prosper in the region.

  • Develop new, qualified and achievable business opportunities for Nuage Networks products in order to meet the financial objectives for the assigned region.
  • Support, as a Cloud & SDN subject matter expert the various Nokia and partner sales teams providing deep technical knowledge in order to convince customers. Provide necessary technical talent when an how needed in order to ensure the success of Nuage in the assigned region.
  • Ensuring the proper infrastructure, process and logistics are in place with Nokia and partners in order to successfully sales, implement and support Nuage for the assigned region.
  • Identify, develop and execute a proper go-to-market strategy for Nuage in the assigned region in order to meet financial objectives and diversify the sources of revenues across several different paths
  • Bachelor University degree or above
  • Proven track record of establishing new technologies, companies within the assigned region
  • 15+ years of relevant IT expertise
  • IP routing and/or MPLS background is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of SDN and datacenter technologies
  • Deep technical expertise and credibility with technologies such as computer networking, SDN, Cloud orchestration tools, server, storage & network virtualization, datacenter operations and WAN virtualization
  • Datacenter networking skills
  • Provide hands-on capabilities for PoC
  • Ability to operate within a complex, dynamic and autonomous environment
  • Stron sales acumen to develop & execute a development plan for Nuage Networks in the assigned region
  • Extensive contacts within local resellers, customers and Nuage Networks ecosystem partners
  • The role could expected to travel more than 50% across the region and internationally.
