Assembly Operator

Job Summary

Our Client is seeking an Assembly Operator to assemble plastic products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties

• Assemble products by following work instructions.

• Inspect parts for quality and report any defects.

• Package finished products into designated boxes.

• Operate assembly equipment and notify a supervisor of equipment issues.

• Perform assembly tasks such as screw gunning, foaming, cleaning, and drain plug installation.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Meet production and quality expectations.

• Assist with training and support other operators as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish.

• Basic math skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for up to 12-hour shifts.

• Lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and high noise levels.

• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe shoes.
