About the Opportunity
Our client is a highly regarded leader in the logistics and transport sector, with sites based in Hemmant and Hillcrest. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced HC or MC Drivers with a valid MSIC card to join their team.
Reporting to operations, your general duties will include but are not limited to:
- Safe operation of HC/MC vehicles across local and metropolitan routes
- Wharf cartage and container transport duties
- Performing dogging and chain work as required
- Completing all documentation accurately and on time
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Minimal manual handling requirements
- General vehicle and yard housekeeping
- Valid HC or MC driver’s licence (essential)
- Current MSIC card (essential)
- Previous experience in wharf cartage preferred
- Experience or willingness to complete dogging and chain work
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance requirements
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to follow instructions and work within structured operations
- Work with a highly regarded logistics leader
