Site Supervisor – Residential Construction | Western Region | $130K – $150K + Super + Vehicle + KPI Bonus

Our client is a well-established residential builder experiencing significant growth due to a strong influx of new projects across Brisbane’s western corridor. As a result, they are seeking to appoint x2 experienced Site Supervisors to join their team.

This role will see you managing a portfolio of approximately 10–18 homes across a mix of volume (“cookie cutter”) builds and some custom residential projects throughout Logan, Redbank Plains, and Ipswich.

About the Role

• Manage and oversee residential construction projects from site start through to handover
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and scheduling to ensure builds are completed on time and to quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain WHS compliance
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process
• Utilise Onsite Companion for construction management and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor within a volume building environment
• Ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence essential
• Experience using Onsite Companion highly regarded
• Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused approach
