A premier regional referral center serving Southern Oregon and Northern California is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join its established neonatal program in Medford, Oregon.

Position Highlights:

  • Join a collaborative physician-APP practice model
  • 25-bed Level III NICU with capacity for up to 32 babies
  • Approximately 350 neonatal patients cared for annually
  • 24/7 neonatal coverage model
  • Multidisciplinary bedside rounds involving physicians, NNPs, RNs, pharmacy and dietary staff, with additional specialists involved as needed
  • Regional referral center serving Southern Oregon and Northern California
  • Dedicated neonatal transport program supporting 9 referring hospitals
  • Partnership with Oregon Health & Science University
  • Full-spectrum newborn care oversight across the health system
  • Diverse acuity mix: approximately 65% Level II, 30% Level III and 5% other neonatal populations
  • Comprehensive specialty support including maternal-fetal medicine, pediatric oncology, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, neurology, surgery and other subspecialties
