We’re working with a well-established contractor delivering commercial and industrial HVAC projects across South East Queensland and are looking to bring experienced HVAC Technicians into the team.

This role will suit trade-qualified HVAC Technicians or Refrigeration Mechanics who take pride in quality installs, work well on-site, and want to be part of a business with a strong pipeline of work ahead.

You’ll be working across a range of commercial and industrial projects alongside experienced supervisors and site teams, with opportunities for long-term growth and development.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Commercial HVAC installation works
  • Reading and interpreting plans/specifications
  • Installing systems to Australian standards and project requirements
  • Working closely with site teams to deliver projects safely and on schedule
  • Maintaining high-quality workmanship across all stages of installation
What’s On Offer
  • Full time rates of $55 - $65 per hour + vehicle package + site allowances + super
  • Casual rates over $65 per hour depending on experience
  • Additional project uplifts ranging from $3–$10/hour + super depending on site and project scope

  • Accommodation or housing supplied for away work where required

What We’re Looking For
  • Trade qualified
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC projects
  • Current QBCC Licence (where applicable)
  • ARCtick Licence
  • Restricted Electrical Licence advantageous 
  • White Card
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Strong safety focus and ability to follow site procedures
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
