Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in event marketing, event planning, or project management
  • Proven experience managing logistics for conferences, trade shows, or corporate events
  • Strong project management skills: creating workback schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting or executing virtual or hybrid events
  • Familiarity with vendor negotiations and contract management
  • Knowledge of marketing collateral production and onsite coordination logistics
  • Previous experience working in the tech industry or with enterprise clients

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in event logistics, planning, or execution for corporate or industry events

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to support occasional onsite event presence and travel, as needed (anticipated travel may be minimal)
  • This position is remote; candidates should be comfortable working in a distributed team environment
  • W2 employment only
