Our client is a fast growing financial services business specialising in capital raising and real estate development investments, with a reputation for delivering strong returns to investors through a transparent, compliant, and value-driven approach.

We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Fund Operations & 
Investor Services Officer to join on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.
  
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and Excel skills 
looking to build or transition into funds management. Whilst prior fund 
experience is a nice to have but not essential, transferable skills and a desire to learn are key.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage investor onboarding, including application processing, KYC/  AML checks, and record maintenance
  • Process transactions such as subscriptions, distributions, and redemptions
  • Support investor queries via phone and email with clear, professional communication
  • Prepare investor reports, statements, and fund documentation
  • Assist with reconciliations, fund operations, and reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate data, track tasks, and support process improvement
About
  • You Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data analysis)
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in a process-driven environment (e.g. banking, accounting, superannuation, property or legal admin)
  • Able to learn quickly and work independently
