Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Planning & statutory approvals — manage Planning, BCA, Building Permit & Developer approvals
- Client communication — keep clients informed from pre‑construction to handover
- Internal coordination — work closely with Sales Consultants, Site Supervisors and office departments
- Documentation management — prepare and maintain accurate approvals records
- Administration support — assist with general admin and occasional reception duties
- Handover preparation — organise warranty documents, keys and handover packs
- Full‑time role with hands‑on industry exposure and strong mentorship
- Salary up to $85k + Super
