Client is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Integration Lead to own the end-to-end integration architecture, interface portfolio, delivery coordination, technical acceptance, and operational readiness for RGMx integrations. This role connects business, data, technical, and vendor teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable data flows supporting Pricing, Promotion, Trade Architecture, and Planning capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the integration strategy for RGMx and related ecosystem applications.
- Define integration patterns, interface contracts, and design principles for APIs, batch pipelines, events, database integrations, and managed file transfers.
- Maintain the integration architecture, interface inventory, dependency map, and key architecture decisions.
- Identify integration dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to design APIs, file-based integrations, automated data pipelines, and technical acceptance criteria.
- Review and approve technical integration specifications and design documents.
- Ensure traceability across business requirements, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
- Validate vendor deliverables against documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee integrations among the RGMx platform, Trade Promotion Management systems, and the data lake.
- Establish reconciliation, control-total, data-quality, and exception-management requirements across system boundaries.
- Define integration testing strategy and criteria for system integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, and production-validation testing.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, and performance-testing activities.
- Support cutover planning, deployment readiness, hypercare, and root-cause analysis for significant production incidents.
- Establish integration design governance, documentation standards, technical approval gates, and interface change-control processes.
- Track integration milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions; provide status updates to project leadership.
- Define production monitoring, alerting, logging, reconciliation, and end-to-end traceability requirements.
- Establish support ownership, service levels, escalation paths, incident-management procedures, and vendor support responsibilities.
- Develop or approve operational runbooks, support documentation, interface inventories, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and transition integrations into steady-state support.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- 7 years of experience in enterprise systems integration, data integration, or solution architecture.
- Experience leading inbound and outbound integrations for large-scale SaaS implementations.
- Strong understanding of API architecture and integration design.
- Experience with data mapping, canonical models, schema design, interface contracts, and source-to-target specifications.
- Knowledge of event-, batch-, and file-based integration patterns and reliability controls, including retry, replay, duplicate prevention, and failed-message handling.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, SAML, API keys, service principals, certificates, and secrets.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Azure, or equivalent platforms.
- SQL and data-analysis experience.
- Knowledge of master data management and data-governance concepts.
- Experience with testing and deployment methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, project dependencies, third-party vendors, and system integrators.
Preferred Skills or Experience
- Experience supporting Client, retail, sales, trade promotion, analytics, or Revenue Growth Management solutions.
- Experience with SAP CPI or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL DB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup and integration deployment.
- Familiarity with Databricks Lakebase.
Work Details
- Hybrid role requiring onsite work at least three days per week in Ewing, New Jersey.
- Project duration: September 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.
- Occasional travel, estimated at less than 10%.
- Interview process: Insight interview followed by a Client interview.
