PMO (Application Development – Automotive)

A global automotive and manufacturing firm is looking for an experienced PMO (Application Development – Automotive) to support application and software projects within its Electrical Engineering (EE), R&D, and ECU organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle software activities from requirements → development → testing → release
- Track E&E (Electrical & Electronics) project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Support testing readiness and software release planning
- Follow up on issues identified during vehicle testing and builds
- Coordinate with teams working on vehicle software, connectivity, ADAS, and cybersecurity
- Maintain project schedules, status reports, and tracking dashboards
- Ensure smooth communication between R&D, Engineering, Testing, and IT teams
- Support Hyperion Day 02 execution and project tracking
- Support future initiatives related to virtual driving, connectivity, and next-generation vehicle technologies

Required skills:
- 7 years of experience in automotive industry projects
- Basic understanding of vehicle electronics, automotive software, or E&E systems
- Strong project coordination, tracking, and communication skills
- Experience working with engineering, testing, or IT teams
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Excel, JIRA, or MS Project
- Strong followup skills and ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders
