About the Role:

You'll support the operations of a busy manufacturing site in Mangere Bridge, providing administrative assistance, managing stock control processes and assisting the factory team when required. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of office-based work and hands-on responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.

Duties Include:
  • General administration and office support
  • Intermediate-level use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Stock control and inventory tracking
  • Quality control
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supporting operational and factory processes
  • Assisting with workflow administration and reporting
  • Helping the factory team when required, including light lifting (up to 10kg)
  • Learning and adapting to new systems and processes
  • Assisting with payroll administration where applicable
Weekly Shift Pattern:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • ASAP start available
  • Assignment expected to run 3-6 months
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience with stock control or inventory management
  • Quick learner who can pick up new systems efficiently
  • Comfortable working in both office and factory environments
  • Payroll experience (Kronos or similar) highly desirable
  • Experience in any quality control work would be beneficial
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 10kg when required
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid NZ work rights
