Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:
1st Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM | $19.00/hr.
2nd Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM | $19.00/hr.
3rd Shift: 12 AM – 8 AM | $19.00/hr.
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Saint Louis, MI. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently. No prior experience is required as all training is provided on-site.

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities of position
- Operate production equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead hoists.
- Verify molds, materials, and production setups are correct before manufacturing begins.
- Inspect molds, clamps, vent tubes, and parting lines to ensure proper operation.
- Confirm correct materials and weights are loaded according to specifications.
- Package and label finished products accurately.
- Label, sort, and grind production scrap.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Report equipment, material, mold, or product issues to supervision.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
