3rd Shift - Welder MIG & TIG

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminum Welder to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience welding aluminum components, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum parts according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Previous aluminum welding experience required MIG and/or TIG welding experience required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently on 3rd shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Pay Information: Minimum (80%): $21.60/hr. Median (100%): $27.00/hr. Maximum (120%): $32.40/hr.
