Job Details:

Duration: 3 months Contract
Pay Rate: Max $25 hourly W2
Location: Remote within US- Any timezone 
**Must have Workday experience**

Responsibilities:

• Enter and process a high volume of invoices accurately
• Review invoices for completeness and correctness
• Code invoices and facilitate approval workflows
• Match invoices with supporting documentation when necessary
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and vendors
• Maintain precise accounts payable records and documentation
• Follow established policies, controls, and procedures to ensure compliance

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of relevant accounts payable experience
• Strong understanding of corporate accounts payable procedures
• Experience with enterprise accounting or ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle Financials preferred
• Excellent data-entry skills with high accuracy
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Ability to manage a large volume of transactions efficiently
• Quick learner with a passion for working independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in multiple industries with transferable accounts payable knowledge
• Knowledge of additional financial software and tools
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment

Estimated Min Rate: $17.50
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
