Are you an experienced mining operations leader ready to take the next step? We're seeking a driven Superintendent to oversee both mobile crushing and fixed plant operations on an iron ore project for our client, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a major project as it transitions into full-scale operations.
The Role Reporting into site leadership, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of process operations, both mobile crushing and fixed plant functions.
You'll drive ops and system-building as the site scales up, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing operations across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, execute mine plans, and deliver on KPIs across mobile crushing and fixed plant operations
• Liaise with clients and senior management on production, safety, and maintenance matters
• Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to maximise plant output, efficiency, and uptime
• Complete inspections, audits, and HSE reporting
• Prepare and submit daily production reports and monitor site stock levels
• Supervise employees and subcontractors on site, including a medium-to-large crew
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and internal training to develop team capability

Experience Required

• Proven experience in both mobile and fixed plant operations within the mining industry as a Superintendent/Manager
• 2-3 years' + experience at Production Superintendent/Manager level in ore crushing
• Experience in start-ups or project-to-operations transitions highly regarded
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• S26 Qualification 
  
  
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and druh & alcohol screen
• Strong commitment to safety
