Our Christchurch office is growing and were looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Were still a small team, which means youll have the opportunity to make a real impact and you will play a key role in helping grow our Christchurch office.

The role: Recruitment Consultant - OnHire

Were looking for a driven, motivated Recruitment Consultant that can take ownership of their own desk, build lasting client relationships and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Whether your background is within manufacturing and logistics, mechanical and engineering or another sector, your ability to generate results and build relationships is what matters most.

Youll take charge of your own recruitment desk, identify new business opportunities, build and develop long-term relationships, and become the go to recruitment partner in your market. From securing new clients to placing top talent across temporary placements.

What were looking for:

  • Proven success in B2B sales and business development.
  • 2+ years recruitment experience (temporary, permanent, or both).
  • A commercial mindset and a drive to achieve outstanding results
  • Good sense of humour, outgoing and energetic person
