The Opportunity
Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight for an established outpatient primary care program
Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, including chart review, collaboration, and required sign-off responsibilities
Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical best practice initiatives
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person care
Flexible part-time schedule with meaningful leadership impact
Qualifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Experience supervising APPs preferred
Leadership experience and a passion for serving vulnerable populations
Community health, FQHC, integrated care, or public health experience is a plus
