Assignment Information: DHS/LAC County-Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is currently in need of
Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of one (1) year of recent acute care medical-surgical rehabilitation
experience. RNs will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients recovering from major surgeries, strokes, complex
medical conditions, severe injuries, and disabilities. The RNs will assist in restoring patient independence through rigorous
daily multidisciplinary therapies, including at least three (3) hours of intensive therapy per day, discharge-readiness
preparation, and education for patients and their families.
Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are available and fully committed to working a per diem
assignment.
Required credentials include an active Registered Nurse license, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, and an LA City Fire and Life
Safety Card (must be LA City). Candidates must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before the
assignment start date
