A well-established architecture studio is seeking a Senior Architect with strong experience across childcare, commercial and public sector projects to join their growing team.
With a strong pipeline of community-focused work, this role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful projects that positively impact local communities while enjoying genuine work-life balance and flexibility.
This position will see you involved across project leadership, documentation, consultant coordination and client management, working closely with directors and internal teams from concept through to delivery.

The Role
- Lead the delivery of childcare, commercial and public sector projects
- Manage projects through all phases from design through to construction
- Coordinate consultants, clients and stakeholder groups
- Produce and oversee high-quality documentation packages
- Attend client meetings, council meetings and site visits
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio leadership
- Work collaboratively across a supportive and design-focused team
- Registered Architect or experienced Project Architect
- Proven experience delivering childcare, education or public projects locally
- Strong understanding of local codes, compliance and authority approvals
- Excellent documentation and project delivery capability
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Salary up to $120K + Super
- Hybrid working arrangement – 1–2 days office based in West Melbourne, remainder WFH
