We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer & Drafter with strong building services experience to join a growing consultancy team. This is a full-time, in-office role working on a wide range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

About the Role:
You will support the mechanical engineering team by producing high-quality Revit models and documentation for HVAC and general mechanical building-services systems. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on project work, close collaboration with engineers, and contributing to coordinated building-services design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical building-services drawings using Revit.
- Produce models, plans, sections, schematics, schedules and construction documentation.
- Work closely with mechanical engineers to translate concepts, sketches and mark-ups into detailed designs.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, hydraulic, structural, architectural) to ensure integrated, clash-free designs.
- Maintain drawing standards, model accuracy, and project documentation workflows.
- Assist with updates, revisions, RFI responses, and documentation packages throughout project stages.
- Contribute to HVAC layout design, equipment placement, ductwork and pipework routing.
- Demonstrated building services experience (essential).
- Strong Revit experience within mechanical services design.
- Understanding of HVAC systems and general MEP coordination.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in an office-based environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation.
- $100,000 – $130,000 package, depending on experience.
