Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Rotating schedule operating Sunday–Saturday; enjoy 2 scheduled days off each week)

Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Steady 12-Hour Night Shift)

This position provides a higher starting pay rate of $13.00/hr, offering a steady, predictable 12-hour night shift inside a safe, structured, and modern industrial environment.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Production Operations: Support automated molding and assembly machinery to produce top-tier consumer products.

• Quality Assurance: Check parts coming off the line for color consistency, smooth edges, and structural integrity before final packing.

• Packing & Boxing: Securely pack finished items into shipping boxes and stage them for warehouse transport.

• Workplace Standards: Adhere closely to facility safety rules and keep machinery areas clear of debris.

What It Takes to Succeed (Job Requirements):

• Gear: Steel-toe boots or safety shoes are strictly required starting on your first day.

• Physical Endurance: Ability to work an overnight 12-hour shift standing, lifting, and bending in an active manufacturing setting.

• Availability: Full commitment to overnight hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a 5-day rotating work week operating Sunday through Saturday.

• Reliability: Exceptional track record of punctuality and attendance—especially on night shifts.
