- Driving quality improvement initiatives
- Workforce planning, rostering and resource management
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation and clinical governance standards

About You To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' perioperative leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of theatre operations and perioperative services
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care
