ABOUT THE ROLE.
As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to day operations of the office. You will take full ownership of office management functions, driving efficiency across systems, processes, and administrative workflows while supporting senior leadership where required. This is a hands on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
DUTIES.
- Oversee and maintain office systems, processes, and IT equipment
- Coordinate and support marketing-related tasks
- Manage document control and internal systems
- Provide professional front-of-house support and ensure exceptional customer service
- Assist the Director with inbox and diary coordination as required
- Track and reconcile receipts for accounting and budgeting purposes
- Previous experience in an Office Manager role is essential
- Experience within administration in Construction or Commercial Fit-out is highly advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously with strong problem-solving capabilities
