The role:
As Clinical Lead, you will be the crucial link between executive leadership and your Behaviour Support team, overseeing day-to-day clinical and operational activities. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality behaviour support services compliant with NDIS standards. You will provide clinical oversight on complex cases, maintain your own clinical caseload, and support practitioners through regular feedback and supervision. Operationally, you will manage team scheduling, billable outputs, and compliance, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability. This position requires proactive performance management and continuous improvement to support successful scaling of the team.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related fields
• Eligibility or current registration with relevant professional body
• Experience delivering behaviour support services under the NDIS
• Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
• High accountability, operational oversight skills, and ability to manage performance
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check if not already held
