Our client is a long standing, highly respected Civil Construction, Maintenance and Earthworks contractor with over 2 decades of project delivery experience in the South West. With new contract awards driving growth, they're looking for an experienced Civil Drainage Supervisor who takes pride in their work, their crew, and the quality of every job delivered.
The Role:
The role will see you, an experienced Civil Supervisor with a Utilities and Drainage background, lead, mentor and oversee project delivery works, leading around 15 – 20 individuals onsite, installing watermains, utilities, sewerage, and stormwater installation, and various grade piping, gas installation.

In Addition, You Will Have:
- Confident managing plant, crews, subcontractors and materials to keep jobs running smoothly
- Solid grounding in civil construction techniques, including compaction, testing and drainage plant
- A background leading civil drainage or broader civil construction teams
- Comfortable reading grade, setting out with lasers, and working across excavation and pipe laying activities in line with industry standards
- Proven leadership and people management capability
- Technical know how across stormwater, sewer, watermain, earthworks and underground services
- Schedule 26 (Highly Regarded)
- $140,000 – $150,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)
