This established rural healthcare organization is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join its growing primary care team.

• Join an established practice alongside another primary care physician and an experienced APP with immediate patient volume available
• Employed Internal Medicine position combining outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and nursing home care responsibilities
• Manageable clinic volume of approximately 10-12 patients per day, allowing for longer visits and relationship-driven medicine
• Flexible schedule with 32-36 patient care hours per week and a predictable daily workflow
• Light shared call with physicians caring for their own hospitalized patients and excellent cross-coverage support
• Competitive compensation package with realistic income potential of $400,000-$450,000+, productivity incentives, call pay, loan repayment eligibility, and medical directorship opportunities
