Program Manager IV

Required Skills:

  • 8-9 years of experience in strategic program or project management within Finance, Operations, or Corporate Development
  • Proven success leading large-scale, cross-border programs across multiple time zones
  • Deep understanding of finance operating models, including statutory reporting, transfer pricing, payroll, tax compliance, and ERP systems
  • Outstanding executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Strong program governance discipline, including roadmaps, RAID tracking, and milestone management
  • Ability to coordinate multiple functions with competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Slack, and Google Suite

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working for multinational or Fortune 500 companies
  • Background in finance transformation, M&A integration, or corporate development processes
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools for program delivery
  • Prior experience in SaaS or Fintech industries
  • Knowledge of international finance laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications a plus
  • Extensive experience in Finance PMO environments, transformation projects, or working with top-tier consulting firms

Other Requirements:

  • Remote work eligible within the US; occasional travel may be required for key projects or stakeholder engagement
  • No travel is expected for this role, and no additional certifications are mandated

This contract extends through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance, offering a unique chance to influence some of the most strategic initiatives in the company while working remotely.
