Proven experience as a Glass & Glazing Estimator within a commercial glazing contractor or specialist subcontractor.
Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window systems and associated architectural glazing products.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical details.
Experience with estimating software, digital take-off tools and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of material costs, labour allowances, installation methods and project margins.
Excellent commercial awareness, attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines independently.
Base salary of $140,000–$170,000, depending on experience.
