Senior Associate Lawyer Corporate & Commercial

This is a broad corporate and commercial role with real exposure to high value work and the chance to stay close to matters that shape client decisions.

You will work across transactions, complex contracting and advisory, with enough variety to keep your practice well-rounded. It suits a Senior Associate who enjoys moving between deals and advisory work, and who wants to take ownership rather than play a narrow support role.

The work

• M&A and corporate transactions for public and private sector clients
• Complex commercial contracts, including technology and infrastructure arrangements
• Governance and procurement advice across energy, infrastructure, tech and social sectors

The work is varied and often runs in parallel, so you stay engaged across both transactional and advisory matters.

How you will work

You will work closely with a well-regarded partner, with the space to run your own files and build relationships with clients. There is support when you need it, but you will be trusted to take the lead.

You will also play a role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the broader team.

About you

• Senior Associate level experience in corporate or commercial law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Comfortable leading matters and working directly with clients
• Commercial approach and sound judgement
