About the Job As Clinical Nurse Manager you'll provide professional clinical leadership across a large care home, supporting nurses and HCA's to deliver exceptional care while maintaining high clinical standards, strong governance and continuous quality improvement. The role is focused on influencing, mentoring and developing people rather than managing through hierarchy.

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing visible clinical leadership and coaching to the nursing team
• Driving quality improvement and maintaining audit readiness
• Identifying and managing clinical risk
• Supporting education, best practice and professional development
• Working collaboratively to optimise occupancy and resident outcomes
• Building a positive, engaged and accountable clinical culture

About You You're an experienced New Zealand Registered Nurse who enjoys leading by example and developing others. You'll bring:

• Current NZ APC
• Proven leadership experience within aged residential care
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits and clinical governance
• Confidence managing clinical risk and supporting best practice
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
• A collaborative leadership style that earns trust and respect
