We are partnering with a leading organization within the Technology – Data, AI & Transformation space and are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of key technology and business initiatives.
This role is ideal for an early-career project professional looking to build strong capability in project coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support.
The Junior Project Manager will support end-to-end project delivery activities under the guidance of experienced Project and PMO leaders. You will contribute to planning, coordination, reporting, and governance activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role provides strong exposure to enterprise project environments, including finance, procurement, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project communications, updates, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners
- Maintain accurate project documentation aligned to governance frameworks
- Support project reporting including status updates, dashboards, and steering packs
- Support tracking of project costs, invoices, and forecasts under guidance
- Assist with procurement, vendor onboarding, and documentation
- Help coordinate resource planning and scheduling activities
- Actively develop project management skills and knowledge
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in project delivery or project coordination roles
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in project management and delivery
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and structured approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
