We are seeking a results-driven Channel Partner Manager to lead and expand our partner network across Indonesia. This role will be responsible for developing channel strategies, driving partner performance, and building strong relationships to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel partner strategies to support business growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners across Indonesia.
  • Drive channel sales performance through effective target setting, pipeline management, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to develop promotional programs, partner engagement initiatives, and growth plans.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while evaluating and optimizing existing partner performance.
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities, improve partner productivity, and increase market share.
  • Coordinate product training, business reviews, and partner enablement programs to strengthen channel capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business standards across the partner network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Experience within the life sciences, healthcare, laboratory, medical device, or related industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing high-performing channel partner networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion through partners.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and partner performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
