The Position:
• Lead a team of 3 Gynecologic Oncologists at an award-winning quaternary care center and teaching hospital - ranked the #1 Hospital in Minneapolis & also #1 in Inpatient Cancer Surgery
• Be busy Day 1 with an incredibly robust internal referral base
• 4-day, 32-hour week
• Design your clinic and OR schedule as you like – customizable based on your preference
• Dedicated APP support
• Highly competitive compensation model: generous evergreen base salary + additional bonuses available (anticipated $585-630K+ Year 1)
• Comprehensive, executive-level benefits package – all the expected perks & then some
The Organization:
• World-class, fully-integrated Cancer Institute – providing care for 50,000+ cancer patients annually
• Privademic practice model, incorporating the best features/resources of academic programs within a community focused practice
• Collaborate closely with 80+ highly trained oncology providers, spanning all surg onc specialties, med onc, rad onc, & supportive/affiliated onc specialties
• 50+ ORs & 6 DaVinci robots
• Excellent opportunity for involvement in research & clinical trials if desired, including cooperative group & early phase industry trials
• In-house genomic laboratory
• Extensive high-risk cancer surveillance programming
