Job - Summary of the Role, Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Global Investor Group, the securities finance, derivatives and fund services title owned by Euromoney, is looking for a Special Reports Editor to work closely with the editorial and sales teams across a range of print products.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders including the Global Investor editorial and sales teams as well as freelancers, designers and other third parties.

The candidate must be able to deliver under pressure various print products on time and within budget. The individual must also be able to write well and demonstrate their ability to learn quickly about complex financial markets.

The role involves managing each year four market surveys and three regional securities finance guides as well as working closely with editorial on four sets of industry awards.

The Special Reports Editor will also be expected to work with the sales team to explore opportunities in new markets so international travel is part of the job.

The role would suite an experienced reporter looking to move to an editor’s post or an editor looking to focus on projects rather than news.

Knowledge of the financial markets is required but most important is the ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver on time.
