Working within a small, supportive finance team and reporting to an engaged Finance & Administration Manager, you'll play a key role in helping clear a backlog of work. Key responsibilities include
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Data entry, coding and matching of invoices
- Obtaining payment approvals
- Processing employee expenses through Concur
- Credit card reconciliations
- General account reconciliations and finance administration support
About you
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Experience using Concur (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working through a high volume of transactions in a systematic manner
- Available to commence immediately
