Fleet Controller (Night Shift) Our client is a well-established and highly respected transport and logistics operator experiencing continued growth. Due to increased demand, they are seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to join their team on a night shift basis (6:00pm – 4:00am).
Working in a fast-paced operations environment, you will play a key role in coordinating fleet movements and ensuring smooth night shift operations across multiple depots and customer requirements.

Working in a fast-paced operations environment, you will play a key role in coordinating fleet movements and ensuring smooth night shift operations across multiple depots and customer requirements.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and monitoring fleet operations throughout the shift
- Allocating jobs and managing driver schedules in real time
- Communicating with drivers, clients, and depot staff
- Managing delays, operational issues, and schedule changes efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and system updates
- Prior experience in export cartage, wharf operations, container transport, or freight coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident computer and systems skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Permanent night shift: 6:00pm – 4:00am
