Machine Operator – 2nd Shift Location: Zeeland, MI Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | Monday–Friday Pay: $18.50/hour Job Summary Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented individual looking for a manufacturing opportunity? We're seeking a Machine Operator to join a plastics manufacturing team in Zeeland, MI. In this role, you'll support the production of high-quality plastic injection-molded parts by inspecting, packaging, and labeling finished products to ensure they meet customer expectations. Previous manufacturing or plastic injection molding experience is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided. What You'll Be Doing As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include: Product Packaging: Pack finished parts coming off the press according to customer expectations. Product Labeling: Accurately label completed parts. Quality Inspection: Check finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Production Support: Maintain an efficient workflow while supporting daily production needs. Safety: Follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. What We're Looking For Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Previous plastic injection molding experience preferred. Willingness to learn through on-the-job training. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry items weighing less than 25 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Skills Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully inspect, package, and label finished products. Quality Focus: Commitment to meeting customer expectations and maintaining product quality.
