The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. This role will see you take ownership of modular installation projects across WA, working with a skilled team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
- Leading modular installation teams, subcontractors, and site activities across statewide projects
- Coordinating deliveries, logistics, labour, and installation timelines
- Ensuring HSEQ compliance, quality standards, and safe work practices are maintained
- Providing technical guidance and supporting effective project delivery
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders throughout the construction process
- Conducting site inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews
- Reviewing drawings and documentation to ensure project readiness
- Supporting client handovers and defect resolution when required
- Proven experience in modular construction delivery, installation, or residential site supervision
- Strong ability to manage trades, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders
- Confidence interpreting construction drawings and managing project timelines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of HSEQ requirements and workplace safety standards
- Flexibility to occasionally travel regionally, including overnight stays
