Shift Maintenance Engineer – London Bridge, London | Up to £53,000

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading maintenance company based at London Bridge, London. You will be working across a brand-new, high-end corporate commercial office and luxury residential development on behalf of a prestigious property management company. The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks in a high-profile environment.

My client is currently seeking:

• 1 x Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer
• 1 x Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer

Both positions require proven experience in building services and offer the chance to work within a high-profile corporate head office.

Hours

Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00

Requirements

• Apprentice trained
• Electrical or Mechanical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
• 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Valid CSCS Card
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Proven commercial building maintenance experience

Duties

• Electrical and mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, and water treatment
• Three-phase and single-phase systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and electrical monitoring
• Air conditioning and chillers, pumps, motors, and Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
• Working within a large blue-chip commercial office environment
• Collaborating as part of a close-knit maintenance team to deliver an exceptional service to the client
