You’ll be responsible for building and managing production schedules that keep everything ticking—delivering orders on time and in full, while balancing labour, materials, and machine capacity.
It’s a hands-on role in a heavy steel / fabrication environment, where you’ll need to stay agile—juggling project work, high and low volume production, and adjusting plans on the fly when things change.

What You’ll Bring
- 3 years+ experience in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to steel, fabrication, or heavy industry (a big plus)
- Understanding of export environments (ideal, not essential)
- A proactive mindset – someone who enjoys building and improving processes
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with lots of moving parts
- Confidence adjusting plans and problem-solving on the go
- Must have full NZ working rights
