Apply directWe are seeking an experienced Finance/Admin Officer to join our Finance Team on a short-term contract. This role is based in Nedlands and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of financial and administrative support within a corporate services environment
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Processing work orders and receipting
- Statement reconciliations
- Responding to internal and external finance-related enquiries
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Familiarity with EMPAC and/or Oracle systems (or similar financial systems) is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Essentially it is data entry, preparing invoices for payment, email management and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
