VP Operations Services

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with a fast-growing fertility healthcare provider currently undergoing an exciting phase of operational and organizational expansion.

The VP Operations Services will lead multi-site operations, strengthen collaboration between medical and operational teams, and drive operational excellence, patient experience, and organizational readiness for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operations across multiple fertility centers.
• Drive operational excellence, service consistency, and standardization across locations.
• Strengthen SOPs, workflows, and operational governance.
• Partner closely with doctors, specialists, nursing, and non-medical teams.
• Lead operational readiness for future expansion and transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen patient journey and service experience across all touchpoints.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational and patient experience performance.
• Support the Founder & CEO on strategic operational priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of healthcare operations experience, with strong leadership exposure.
• Experience within hospital, fertility, women’s health, specialty clinic, or healthcare services preferred.
• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams and medical stakeholders.
• Exposure to multi-site operations, transformation, or fast-growing healthcare organizations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
