Location: Grandville , MI Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $18.00/hr

Job Summary

We’re seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join a warehouse team in Grandville, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and staging inventory while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Associate, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Handling: Receive, store, pick, and stage inventory to support daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
  • Shipping & Receiving Support: Work closely with team members and drivers to ensure accurate movement of products and timely shipment preparation.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while assisting with general warehouse duties as assigned.
In addition, you will support order fulfillment, help maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with keeping warehouse operations running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 lbs. 
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently. 
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred. 
  • Strong attendance and reliability required. 
Skills:
  • Organization: Ability to maintain an orderly warehouse environment. 
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy when picking and staging inventory. 
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with coworkers and drivers to support operations. 
  • Safety Awareness: Follow workplace safety standards and procedures. 

Work Environment

This is a non-temperature-controlled warehouse and can become hot and noisy at times. Steel-toe boots are required. Employees should wear jeans and a T-shirt. No shorts, hoodies, or loose/hanging clothing permitted.
