Job Summary
Are you a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Production Support Lead to join our team in Grand Haven, MI! In this role, you’ll support daily production needs by working across multiple areas, operating various machinery, and helping keep production running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Operate routers, saws, and other production machinery as needed.
- Work in a variety of production areas based on daily operational needs.
- Accurately measure materials and parts using a ruler and basic math skills.
- Assist with material movement, machine setup, and general production support.
- Help ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and according to production requirements.
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide support wherever needed throughout the production floor.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating a variety of machinery is preferred.
- Hi-lo experience is a plus.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
Skills:
- Strong basic math skills.
- Ability to accurately read and use a ruler.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn different machines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
