We are working with a well-established commercial builder, who is looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to support a growing pipeline of fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney.
This role would suit someone with strong local market knowledge who is confident pricing projects across workplace, hospitality, education and general commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and subcontractor pricing
- Managing tender processes from initial enquiry through to submission
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
- Identifying value engineering opportunities and project risks
- Experience estimating commercial fit out/refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of local subcontractor market rates
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background working for a commercial builder in Australia
